Registration Guidelines

- Prepare the following:
- Duly accomplished registration form. Download here
- 2 piececs 1x1 ID pictures with name written at the back
- Non-refundable reservation deposit of PhP 700 per participant (deductable from the registration fee) deposited through
Landbank of the Philippines Account No. 0702-1020-65 or remmitted through: Postal Money Order (PMO) payable only to Philippine Society of Youth Science Clubs. Original copy of PMO's or duly validated deposit slip must be enclosed with the forms. Please keep a copy for record purposes.

- Registration Fee of PhP 5,500* will cover board and lodging from dinner of April 1, 2008 to dinner of April 5, 2008, CAMP kits, shirt, educational trip expenses and insurance coverage.
- Only participants who have paid the reservation fee will be accepted.
- In case of back-out participants, please inform the National Office on or before March 26, 2008.
- In case a reserved participant is unable to attend the CAMP, the reservation fee is transferrable only to the replacement participant of the same school and may not be used to augment the registration fee of another.
- Participants' reservation shall be on a First Come, First Served basis.
