Philippine Society of Youth Science Clubs

Affiliation forms and promotional materials will be sent directly to all affiliated science clubs. Copies will also be sent to DOST Regional Offices and DepEd Division Offices. Other interested applicants may secure the affiliation forms and brochures form the PSYSC National Office or from the above-mentioned agencies. You can also download it here.

Clubs that wish to affiliate should send all requirements directly to the PSYSC National Office. Affiliation through other channels shall not be honored.

Upon receipt of all the requirements, the PSYSC National Office shall send the corresponding IDs, certificates, and official receipt directly to the club. Other benefits and services that the club is entitled will also be sent directly to the club.

All in-school or out-of-school science, math, technology, research, or environmental clubs / organizations in any of the following levels shall be eligible for affiliation.

• Elementary
• Secondary
• Tertiary
• Out-of-school Youth (members should not be more than 21 years old)

• Fill out the PSYSC Affiliation Form 1 (Club Information Sheet). Download here
• Prepare a list of the club advisers, officers and members on a letter size white bond paper. This will serve as the PSYSC Affiliation Form 2
• Prepare a list of the club's General Plan of Action (GPOA) for the current school year on a letter size white bond paper. This will serve as the PSYSC Affiliation Form 3
• Collect the required affiliation fee of PhP 12.00 per member.
• Remit the collected affiliation fee (less the Local Club share) to the PSYSC National Office. Remittances could either be through Land Bank of the Philippines or Postal Money Order.

Note: The science club may increase the local science club share with the written approval of the head principal of the school. The division, regional, and national share however, should not be increased.

Remit the collected Affiliation Fee (less the Local Club share) to the PSYSC National Office. The total amount should be equal to P 11.00 multiplied by the total number of club members (including the officers).

• Land Bank of the Philippines Account No. 0702-1020-65. The original copy of the deposit slip must be sent to the PSYSC National Office. The club is advised to keep a photocopy for record purposes. Slips other than the deposit slip will not be honored and the club’s application will not be processed.
• Postal Money Order (PMO). The PMO must be payable only to the Philippine Society of Youth Science Clubs, Inc. Please ensure that the spellings are correct and the amount in words corresponds to the amount in figures. Defective PMOs (e.g. PMOs paid to other recipients, with erasures, not signed by issuing officers, etc.) will not be honored and the club’s application will not be processed.

The PSYSC National Office will not be responsible for the applications sent through other channels.

Note: Payment in cash and cash sent through couriers (e.g. LBC, JRS, 2GO, etc.) will not be honored.
